Iron Heart's Work Jacket style is a classic, yet functional piece of outerwear based on classic mechanic jackets from the 50's & 60's. When we saw this silhouette offered in their 12oz Japanese Kersey, we knew it was a must-have. Kersey is a tightly woven fabric with a pronounced ridged weave (similar to corduroy) and this version has indigo dyed outer yarns and the inner yarns are sulpher dyed balck so these one has some massive fading potential. Some other details include a 14 wale corduroy collar + cuff linings, a YKK zippered placket, button fastening cinches and action pleated sleeves for enhanced movement.
